I understand what it takes to achieve your goals in fitness. I know what it’s like to have to lose a lot of weight, having done it several times myself. During my freshman year in college, I took a year off from sports and returned to make a Division 1 field hockey team at the University of Vermont. I went through four pregnancies where I gained 55 pounds and subsequently lost weight after each birth. Just as these accomplishments are part of my story, achieving your fitness goals will be part of your story. It’s where you become a stronger version of yourself. It provides you with purpose and reward,… something that helps us all thrive in our personal lives.
